Description
Denon Professional's DN-500BDMKII is a high-performance media player. It handles all optical video and audio playback formats, including Blu-Ray and the following formats: BD25, BD50, BD-RE, DVD, DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, and Audio CD (CD-R, CD-RW), DTS Music Disc, and HDCD. The DN-500BDMXII ships complete with an IEC power cable, remote control unit, rack ears and screws for mounting ease, a user guide, and an extensive safety and warranty manual.
This media player is a slim but mighty device. While it only occupies 1U rack space, it offers a variety of connection and controls, such as front-loading SD and USB ports to access video, audio, and picture files. The device is controllable via RS-232C and IP controls and boasts XLR balanced audio outputs. The DN-500BD also has discrete 7.1 channel analog outputs for simple connection to powered speakers or signal management devices, making this the ultimate tool for professional AV settings.
