Description

The ESG-8000 from FOR-A is a high-performance 8K/4K/HD Test Signal Generator. This test signal generator is compatible with YCbCr 4:2:2 10-bit FS-SHV (Super Hi-Vision Full Resolution) signals, it also produces DG-SHV (Super Hi-Vision Dual Green) signals. It features standard test patterns that include color bars, ramp, steps, white, black, pathological, crosshatch, multiburst, and noise. There are up to 10 custom test patterns created on a computer can be registered. Additionally this unit offers colorimetry switching, test pattern scrolling, character display, output frame frequency switching, audio test signals, full-featured outputs, payload information multiplexing, reference signal outputs, and external control SNMP monitoring.
