Description
The KD-Pro2X1 2 input 1 output HDMI Switcher from Key Digital is a 4K/60 4:4:4 capable device that will support all SD, HD, and VESA resolutions and features a TMDS bandwidth of 18 Gbps. This video switcher was designed to switch between 1 or 2 HDMI sources to 1 HDMI output/display and utilizes audio de-embedding of analog L/R balanced/unbalanced & digital coaxial audio. Supporting HDCP 2.2 this amazing device is HDR10 (High Dynamic Range) capable allowing for extremely pristine image quality through a greater range of luminance levels. Deep Color is supported with ranges up to UHD/4K 30Hz 4:4:4/12 bits or 60Hz 4:4:4/8 bit as well as 3D ready, meaning this switcher has the capability to pass 3D stereoscopic signal formats as well. Supported lossless compressed digital audio formats include: Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS-HD Master Audio, and Dolby Atmos.
Control of the KD-Pro2x1 is both simple and user friendly and can be achieved via the front panel control buttons/LED's, Trigger In, Serial IR, Optical IR, RS-232 Control, and TCP/IP Control. This device uses advanced EDID controls, and comes with a built-in internal library with 15 default EDID handshakes for inputs, in addition to native EDID date for output/display. Furthermore there is a Full Buffer System that manages TMDS re-clocking / signal re-generation, HDCP authentication to source & display, and EDID control handshake.
