Description
The MW 1900 MediaWall from RGB Spectrum is a high-end, top of the line of Display Processors that offers an amazing real-time embedded operating system. These devices were created to enable high performance visualization with an array of devices, including multiple projectors, tiles, cubes, or flat panel displays. Each and every one of these processors are based on custom built architecture that dedicates processing resources towards each input in the unit. What this does in-turn results in faster video frame updates, display flexibility, security with HDCP compliance, and very crisp enhanced visual experience. The MW 1900 MediaWall features up to 24 inputs working simultaneously, which will accept DVI, HDMI, and RGB input signals that can support video and graphic signals up to 1920x1200 and HD inputs up to 2048x1152, and 2 DVI single link outputs that can handle up to 1920x1200 in single link mode, and HD 2048x1080p per output. With its superb video quality, a dedicated real time architecture, robust design for 24/7 operation ability, and being a highly secure system without PC vulnerabilities, the MW 1900 is an ideal device for use in some of the most demanding of situations including military, security, and government mission-critical video wall type applications.
One of the primary features within this amazing machine is in the multi-screen array, which can display up to 8 windows for graphics and/or video, which forms a display surface on which any configuration of window layout is possible. Users have the option to display video images anywhere, in any size within or across your screens boundaries with edge-blend overlap and bezel compensation, making for a truly unique and customized experience to suit your companies exact needs and functions. Images can also be displayed in correct aspect ratio, stretched to fit, in full screen mode, or zoomed in to emphasize details or highlight certain areas of interests. As well as the ability to move, size, and arrange screens however you see fit, the high-performance video processing using its purpose built hardware makes it so each input is processed at full frame rate, color sampling, and pixel rate, without common PC-based anomalies such as skipped frames or image tearing while delivering superb performance handling.
Reliability and security are always critical functions in the government, security, and military sectors, and the MW 1900 has both of those issues covered. Being suitable for use in the most demanding situations this unit is enclosed in a rugged 2U rack mountable chassis, and has replaceable air filters and redundant power supplies in case of system failure, If power does fail and is subsequently restored at your facility, the video wall control system will re-boot immediately and restore all windows to their exact positions. RGB Spectrum's real-time embedded operating system is HDCP compliant and offers a high level of security that is free from vulnerabilities such as viruses and malware that are commonly associated in PC based systems, as in mission critical type situations, keeping your system up and running for 24/7 hour operation is of the utmost importance. Using the HDCP (High Definition Content Protection) option, allows for users to have protected content, like from a Blu-ray player, to be displayed anywhere on the wall this MediaWalls processors support HDCP functionality across multiple screens.
Control of the MW 1900 is both user-friendly and intuitive, and can be achieved through several ways. One of which is through RGB's Web Control Panel (WCP) which provides both local and remote operation, with a graphical representation of the video wall and "drag and drop" window positioning and scaling. Conversely you can also use Remote control commands that are available via RS-232 and Telnet. RGB Spectrum's BP-16 push button (not included) is available for preset recalls. In addition, MediaWall processors can be controlled by third party control systems.
The MW 1900 from RGB Spectrum, a high-end solution for simultaneously displaying multiple computer and videos signals across an array of high definition monitors or projectors, with the ability to interact with any source via KVM control.
